• Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration. 

• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information.

• A seperate registeration link will for those interested in registering

 

Tutoring Sessions

• Tutoring sessions are scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.

•  Sessions will be conducted via online platforms specified by Hope Tutorial

•  Students are expected to sign in 5 minutes before the schedule time.

• Users are expected to be punctual for scheduled sessions.

 

Payments and Fees

• All payments for tutoring services must be made in advance as per the pricing structure listed on the website.

 

Code of Conduct

​

• Users are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate behavior during tutoring sessions.

• Tutors reserve the right to terminate a session if a user’s behavior is inappropriate.

 

Cancellation and Rescheduling

​

• Users may reschedule sessions by providing at least 24 hour's notice.

• No-shows or cancellations without notice may be subject to no refunds.

• Make-up classes will be accommodated subject to the availability of instructors.

• Make-up classes will not be offered after two instances of no-shows per month

 

Intellectual Property

• All educational materials provided during sessions are the intellectual property of Hope Tutorial and may not be distributed without permission.

 

Limitation of Liability

• Hope Tutorial is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the use of the service.

• Users acknowledge that results from tutoring may vary and are not guaranteed.

 

Privacy Policy

• User information will be collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy agreed upon at time of registeration.

 

Amendments

​

• Hope Tutorial reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.
